Leadership today is something seen not in many people because they dont have the courage to live up to the expectations of one. I am a leader for my self because I motivate my self so much to do the things i cant do even when I tell my self a million times I cant do this or that or I dont believe in my self. Everyone should be their own leader in their own way.  In this quote I like the repetition of "you" it really makes you feel like their speaking to you trying to motivate you.
